Seoul Hot Pot in Redmond

I’ve having my lunch here once a week for 3+ years. The reason I put 5 star is because of their brilliant waiter, he remember my face and knows what I want, every time I go there I just need to sit down and don’t need to say anything, he’ll bring my favorite food. This, I always tip the highest rate during lunch! And, I found he’s not only remember me, he seems remember almost everybody who’s return loyalty customer! Great place!

I ordered the bibimbob chicken. The food presentation was nice, the service was so-so and the portion of chicken (2 and a half small strips, less than a quarter of a small chicken breast) fell way below my expectations. When the waiter asked "how was it?" I said, "it was tasty and would have been better to have more chicken". He replied, "that's how we do it here." This is the very first Korean BBQ restaurant I've been to where I felt shorted on the main entree. There was too much rice and not enough protein. I'm in the food and hospitality business so I have a good vision for price, value and the customer experience. Will I go here again? I'll try other places.

Food was good but came out cold. Need faster service.

Tried the seafood hot pot bibimbap for the first time and liked it. Was flavourful. One order was more than enough for two of us to share.

Korean style comfort food... Can't go wrong

The Korean pancake was good and crispy. The variety of side dishes were good. But squid and abalone in seafood soup were too chewy to chew. The soup taste good so recommend to order with the other meats.

The food was amazing and the services was great as well recommend the rice cake soup!!

The food and service were excellent. I was greated very quickly when I arrived and my food was served in under 10 minutes. I had a Bento Box with multiple meats. It was all tasty and quality. But the beef short ribs were excellent! If you like Korean side dishes, you will love the food here.

I was skeptical about this place just based on the fact that it's more in the suburbs, but don't let that fool you. There is some quality food, relatively reasonable prices (for Korean food), and my absolute favorite part was how much octopus is actually served with their octopus dishes. It's rare to find places that give such large, and fresh, quantities of octopus. It was paired perfectly with my spicy soup, and I was quite glad I stumbled upon this place and gave it a try.

When you come here you have to try the seafood pancake.. The food and service was very good.. I like spicy food and was lucky I DIDN'T order the Extra Spicy. the sides are good and fresh... Try and ping me with your thoughts

I had the worst experience with the staff in this restaurant. Did not even serve water, waited patiently for the waiter to come and take my order atleast. Called the waiter few times, looked at me but no response. At this point,a guy next to me told the waiter that I am calling him. Still no response. There were two other people who came after me, they were given water and asked what to order. It looks like he don’t like Indians🤔 I don’t know what’s going on with that guy. He is not even responding. I left the restaurant after that.

Like the place the food taste korean food also the staff are nice!

Bo always has great friendly service and the food is always delicious and authentic. As somebody who has lived in Korea for 15 years, I can guarantee that the chef knows what she's what she's doing. I have yet to order something that I didn't love and I've ordered many, many different items. Thanks for giving me a taste of home!

Good local Korean for a quick, filling lunch. I shared the seafood pancake, a soft tofu and seafood pot, and a hot beef and scallion pot and was completely satisfied. I also like the red rice and the banchan too. Total was about $15 per person.

Consistently good flavors, many dishes to choose from (which also means they don't really have their stars) and timely service even when things get busy. Overall, a reliable neighborhood Korean restaurant, not necessarily where you want to bring your inportant guests to, but perfect for a quick comfy meal.
